south-shore-service-masterSkip and Mary Ann Fryling founded ServiceMaster South Shore, Inc. in 1971 with a desire to be self-employed and to support a young family. Through the years they have had the pleasure of developing a dedicated and caring staff. The business’ growth, they feel, is a direct result of this staff and their determination to provide outstanding restoration services to their customers. As president, Skip says it’s his pleasure to assist this staff in every way possible to help them assure complete customer satisfaction.

ServiceMaster South Shore, Inc. has received local, national as well as international recognition from ServiceMaster Residential/Commercial Services.

These awards are based on the merits of a business and sales volume. There are four levels of recognition: achiever, steward, expert, and the top award, Marion E. Wade Award. (This merit award program is named after the founder of ServiceMaster, Marion E. Wade.) After receiving runner-up awards, ServiceMaster South Shore, Inc. was chosen as the Marion E. Wade winner in 1996, which recognized them as the number one franchise out of 3,300 in North America. This award was the culmination of years of hard work, dedication and was a tribute to all of the employees at ServiceMaster South Shore, Inc.

The sales volume award program, Premier Circle, was established approximately ten years ago to honor the 40 top / largest 40 licensees in the U.S. and Canada. ServiceMaster South Shore, Inc. has qualified for Premier Circle all 10 years since the program’s inception.
